一、招聘岗位 / I. Recruitment Position

国际教育学院英语外籍教师（全职）

Full-time Foreign English Teacher

二、岗位职责 / II. Job Responsibilities

1. 主要承担国际教育学院本科生英语口语、英语视听说等课程的教学工作，根据教学大纲制定授课计划、课件教案，保质保量完成教学任务。

1. Undertake the teaching of undergraduate courses including Oral English, English Audio-visual and Speakingfor students of International Education College, formulate teaching plans and courseware in accordance with the teaching syllabus, and complete all teaching tasks with high quality.

2. 负责课堂教学组织、学生口语训练指导、课后答疑辅导，针对性提升学生英语听说应用能力。

2. Organize classroom teaching, guide students in oral English training, provide after-class Q&A tutoring, and improve students' practical English listening and speaking abilities in a targeted manner.

3. 积极参与学院英语教学研讨、教学改革、学风建设及各类英语第二课堂活动，配合完成学院安排的其他教学相关工作。

3. Actively participate in English teaching seminars, teaching reform, academic atmosphere construction and various English extracurricular activities of the college, and cooperate to complete other teaching-related work arranged by the college.

三、任职条件 / III. Job Requirements

1. 学历要求：具有硕士及以上学历，专业不限，语言学、英语教育、国际教育等相关专业优先。

1. Educational Background: Hold a master's degree or abovewith no major restrictions. Majors in linguistics, English education, international education and related fields are preferred.

2. 语言要求：优先英语母语国家人士，发音纯正、口语地道，具备标准的英语听说读写能力，熟练开展全英文授课。

2. Language Proficiency: Native English speakers are preferredwith standard pronunciation and authentic oral English, possessing excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and capable of full-English teaching.

3. 素养要求：热爱教育事业，教学态度认真严谨，亲和力强，善于沟通，能够快速适应国内高校教学模式与校园文化，无不良从业记录及违法违纪记录。

3. Personal Quality: Passionate about education, rigorous in teaching, approachable and communicative, able to quickly adapt to the teaching mode and campus culture of domestic universities, with no bad employment record or illegal and disciplinary record.

4. 其他：有高校英语教学经验、持有TEFL/TESOL/CELTA等国际英语教学资质证书者优先录用。

4. Preferential Conditions: Candidates with university English teaching experience and international English teaching certificates such as TEFL, TESOL or CELTA are preferred.

1. 报名材料：个人详细英文简历（含个人基本信息、学历学位、教学经历、资质证书、联系方式等）。
